Coupling pins come unpainted and may pick up some light surface rust/corrosion in storage. You may paint the pin if you wish.
Safe Use
We do not provide information about the tensile strength of these coupling pins, they manufactured to ISO 2341B. It is your decision as the user what is an appropriate load for the pins, many factors could come into play which may affect their strength. For heavy trains, you may wish to use a thicker bar/pin.

Items can be used with 15, 10 ¼ ,7 ¼ , 5, 3 ½ - Consideration should be given to the expected load on the coupling bar/pin, thicker versions are available for high loads.
