Off Road Loco-Moving Trolley

Designed to handle small bumps and steps found around the garden, this trolley allows you to safely maneuver a locomotive from the running line to the garage or storage area. The large 200mm solid wheels will happily negotiate most small bumps but these can be upgraded to 250mm wheels for additional ease of use on rough surfaces.

 

This loco moving trolley will mean  moving your locomotive, coaches or track around can be done in a doddle. With 248 degrees of turning movement in the front wheels and an adequate amount of ground clearance, you can traverse across uneven terrain easily and safely. The rails are made from 50x25x2 box steel to match the dimensions of our 5” & 7 ¼” Jubilee Track.

Features include:-

• 4no. 200mm solid rubber wheels secured with lynch pins, safe working load of 800kg. For an additional fee, these wheels can be replaced with 250mm wheels which allow a safe working load of 1100kg.

• Foam handlebar grips for additional comfort when operating the trolley

• Buffers at handle end with top bar for handle to rest against when not in use

• With 300mm box section uprights, the trolley can easily carry 12no. MRW track panels. Longer uprights = more track panels able to be carried with the maximum we’d recommend being 20no. Track panels in one stack 

• The uprights are able to be removed to load wider locos/coaches onto the trolley
