Edge Strip 7x140x10000mm (10M) Plasticwood Recycled
NOW ONLY AVAILABLE IN GRAY
Roll of flexible plastic wood suitable to be used as edging to hold ballast neatly for a miniature railway. The material is flexible but rigid enough to hold back ballast and also resistant to people standing on the top edge meaning it will last many years in the ground
The strip is designed to be buried in the ground using the 380mm long stakes to hold it upright, the ballast of the railway line can then be backfilled to give a firm and reliable separation from ballast and the rest of the garden/site.
Plastic wood is a long lasting solution for edging, it drills and cuts like wood and has a similar weight. It is an ideal choice for miniature railways as it is very low maintenance. This is a realistic and sustainable alternative to traditional hardwood edging. It doesn't need preserving prior to installation and is 100% recycled and fully recyclable.
